1. Returns and Refunds

All perfumes sold are non-refundable and non-returnable. Exceptions are only made if the product is received broken or damaged.

2. Claim Process

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, a 360° unboxing video is mandatory, showing the full package opening from start to end without any cuts or edits.

3. Order Confirmation

Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment for prepaid orders or COD advance.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD orders require an extra Advance payment of ₹200/- as a shipping and confirmation charge. The remaining amount will be collected by the delivery executive upon delivery.

5. Shipping Timeline

Orders are usually shipped on the same day and delivered within 3 to 5 business days across India. Shipping charge is ₹100 extra.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are requested to provide accurate address and contact information. Delays due to incorrect details are not our responsibility.

7. Policy Updates

Storeify Perfumes reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
